What we collect

When you buy, we collect your name, your email address and the details of your order. Your card details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

This site counts visits to its pages. Your browser keeps a random number so each visit is counted once a day. That number is not your name or email, and it never leaves this site. Your browser also keeps a short note of the website, app or link that sent you here. When you buy, that note is saved with your order, so we know where you found us.

Why we collect it

To take your payment, to send you what you paid for, to answer you when you write to us, and to keep the records the tax office expects.

Who else sees it

Stripe processes the payment. Our hosting provider serves these pages. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not share them for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.

Your choices

Write to hello@mostpeople.co.uk to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We answer every request.

Our promise

If it doesn't help after the full 30 days, email us for a full refund, up to 60 days after buying. No questions asked.
